Welcome to NPS Family Travel!
This project began as a means of gathering people to share our family’s love of the National Parks.
Back in 2016, our son set a goal to earn his Junior Ranger Badges at every U.S. National Park. Visiting all of the parks soon became a family goal.
Someday I will publish a book about just how deeply I believe this journey has “saved” me, but, suffice it to say, my writing and my courses are all love letters to these places that have become the settings of my family’s story.
As for now, I am a mother, a writer, and a relentless adventurer. If you see me “out in the wild,” be sure to talk to me about our beloved National Parks!
